It's great that the OPA is able to hold their race in Englewood FL this weekend. The devastation from Hurricane Ian is everywhere. The Englewood Boat races are a true sign Englewood will recover. Great job everyone involved.

Nu U is excited to share an event created by Doctor Robert Caruso DC. It's called "Pound for Pound" food drive. For every pound our customers loose we are buying a pound of food to donate. We will buy the food from Vons Grocery Store located at 6555 Mission Gorge Rd. That food along with Vons in store donations will go to the terrific organization Sandiegofoodbank.org . We are proud that our donation is growing daily and our weight loss customers are getting smaller. Presently we are at 87 pounds and growing daily that will be making our first donation on 11/4/22.
