Most of us were never shown how to drop a thought down into the body — to actually feel it, move through it, and clear it. So instead, the loop stays in the head. Spinning. Searching for safety in logic and analysis that never quite lands.
The shift happens when you become aware of your body. When you notice what’s actually being held in your chest, your gut, your throat. When you stop trying to make sense of it logically and start feeling it somatically.
Feel it.
Clear it.
Then create a thought from that cleared space.
That’s the work. That’s the practice.
