Last month, we hosted our very first RN orientation, led by Kelsi Ostenson, our Director of Patient Care Services, and Meghan Golovko, our Administrative Assistant.

It was an opportunity to connect with new team members, share Cheer’s values, and prepare them for success in the field. Here’s a little sneak peek of what the day included:
✅ A warm welcome and introductions
✅ Paperwork and “favorite things” forms to help us get to know each nurse
✅ Team photos and Cheer shirts
✅ A walkthrough of the AxisCare app and shift procedures
✅ Training and Q&A
✅ Competency checks and sign-offs
✅ Finalizing offer letters and confirming next steps
✅ Preparing for first shifts with nurse bags and badges

We’re so proud of our growing health team and the compassionate care they bring to our clients!
