No matter how real those intrusive thoughts feel in your mind and body, they are just thoughts.⁠

And they thrive when we give them more weight and importance than is necessary. So, time to show them that they are not important and no longer deserving of your attention!⁠

I want you to give yourself permission to allow them space no matter how real and scary it may feel to do so.⁠

Hello friends! If you haven’t heard yet I’m doing my annual toy drive again! This year I am working with 2 organizations serving over 300 kids EACH in their toy drives and an additional school that has about 25 kids that have been reported HOMELESS that they will be helping. So as y’all can see we need community unity to make this one successful. My goal in money is $1500+ to purchase toys but I hope to exceed my goal as I always do. ¡Hola amigo/as! Si aún no se han enterado, ¡estoy haciendo mi colecta anual de juguetes otra vez! Este año estoy trabajando con 2 organizaciones que atienden a más de 300 niños CADA UNA en sus colectas de juguetes y una escuela adicional que tiene alrededor de 25 niños que han sido reportados SIN HOGAR a los cual ayudaremos. Entonces, como pueden ver, necesitamos la unidad de la comunidad para que esto sea exitoso. Hello Dear Followers,
I just wanted to clarify I am still at Sokya Health in San Diego, CA full-time. Arellano Therapy Services and Sister-Friend Project are side "hustles"/ companies that will run fro service during after hours and on weekends. My time of work with Sokya will still be at the same times full-time.
