Her affinity for caring for seniors promoted her to go into private duty home care where she could care for seniors one on one. After over 10 years of learning the business and finding that agencies were not focused on the total needs of our seniors, L.Smith Created “A Better Solution In Home Care” in April 2000. Our agency began to assist other agencies by supplying them with highly trained and skilled caregivers, to support their client requests. In 2002 at the request of Hospice Social Workers, Smith began to accept her own private clients and became known as a full service agency with reasonable rates.
In 20016 Smith Certified her agency to accept Medicare, and provide a wide array of rehabilitative and nursing care.
In 2016 Smith also Franchised her Home Care Concept, with one of the most extensive training programs available to qualified individuals seeking a Home Care Business.
