That pinching isn’t normal!

And it’s not a sign you need to stretch harder

In a true 90/90, you should feel this in the back of the hip

If not, instead of forcing more range, try this drill and test out if you should rather focus on the movement

Tired of feeling that “Pinch” in the front of your hip when bringing your knee up? 😓

Sometimes this isn’t a deeper issue in the hip joint

But simply just some nerve irritation in your hip crease

Try gently skin-rolling around the front of the hip to calm down the irritated nerves

It’s not a permanent solution

But it can help reduce the sensitivity so you can move more comfortably while you get assessed

Do you feel like you “Need” to keep going back to the chiropractor to keep your pain at bay?

Look, I love getting adjusted.

I get adjustments quite regularly because I like the way my body feels after.

But make no mistake: I don’t feel like I HAVE to keep getting adjusted or else my pain will come back.

So if you’re feeling stuck in a recurring cycle of adjustments to “manage the pain”

Just start to think about if there’s something else that’s not being addressed.

Knee pain during squats or lunges usually starts at your feet 👀

If your heel lifts, your body tips forward and pitches all of the weight into your knees

Rather than balancing some of that weight into your hips ⚖️

So instead, try placing something under your heel so you can “Feel Your Heel” when doing these exercises 🦶

If not, try doing partial depth to keep the heel down

Or elevate your heels using plates

👉 Save this and try these variations, your knees will tell you the difference
