A quick stopover in Miami, FL to catch up with friend and founder Jackson Hale to bounce ideas on our shared vision of transformative, integrative natural healthcare. Then off to annual medical missions with where we were greeted with thunder and lightning storm that flooded the streets.

It's always a great delight to meet up and work alongside Mexican doctors with whom I've worked since 1993 and Daniela Pacheco, both from Guadalajara, Mexico. It's also an annual Taco 🌮 festival 😛😁😅. This year, we will serve at a garbage dump community church and school. Besides providing traditional medical and chiropractic care, we will also teach the communities how our spiritual beliefs and mindset can powerfully and positively influence physical health to facilitate wholeness and wellness.

Evil is a spirit. How do we manage, survive and in fact thrive when we are faced with, subject to, wounded, terrorized and traumatized by it? The thoughts that ensue, the emotions that are felt, and the trail of physical wreckage that is left behind... how CAN we subvert the effects and have VICTORY over it? The Book of Life.and Wisdom, the Bible, teaches us "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

First, we have the CHOICE to do good and to think good, and NOT allow the presence and effects of that spirit to overtake us. Where lies are perpetrated, choose to believe Truth. Truth is we ARE children of God, we ARE valued, we ARE beautiful, we ARE capable, we ARE relevant and important to this world, we HAVE purpose to contribute to society and make it better....  We DO have a place in it. Above all, we ARE loved, even when we don't feel it or when we are treated poorly or abused by others. God LOVES us and nothing can change that.

Secondly, we separate ourselves from evil in all its forms - stop subscribing,  consuming and subjecting ourselves to it. Whether it's from a person spewing hatred, anger or perversion, or from the media or our personal habits... stop tolerating, justifying, and nurturimg it. Stop the self-abuse. Stop second guessing ourselves, lending power to lies, gaslighting ourselves, and allow confusion to creep in.  Trust  our God-given conscience to tell the difference between right and wrong, good and evil. Walk away and disempower it.

Lastly, WITH GOOD. Choose love, patience, kindness, gentleness, peace, faithfulness, goodness and self-control. Choose to live in this spirit, the spirit of God - soak in it and allow it to consume our thoughts. As we renew our mind,  our brain will rewire, our body circuitry and chemistry will change, and  we will feel it.  Feel whatever? Love, peace and joy. This is the evidence of the victorious GOOD spirit in our life - wholeness, wellness, power and strength. Jesus embodied it - accept Him. We can't do this life alone.

You CAN overcome, heal and be restored.
- Choose Truth
- Reject evil and its minions
- Do Good with God's help.

I've met many wonderful people from across the USA and from around the world, and hope that our whole-person approach to healthcare spreads to the far corners of the earth 🌎. La Jolla Shores is a special place in all of God's creation - a place of healing, a place of restoration, and a place of deep revelations. May all who have been touched (literally or otherwise) walk in wisdom, power and strength, and pass on the message of faith, love and hope to others.

Our mind is a gift and our body, an incredible machine that deserves the utmost care so that we may live our divinely appointed purpose.

We have moved closeby to 4901 Morena Blvd, just a little north of Costco, across the freeway.... and will be part of training facility. We look forward to continue providing your care in this next chapter, through the SHFT!

Our goal at The SHFT is to create a community where members motivated to restore health or optimize performance can gather in a supportive, interactive atmosphere to train in & experience lifechanging mindset and habits. The convergence ofneuroscience and nutrition will provide members with the best possible outcome to live life longer and healthier - with a renewed sense of divine purpose, mental acuity and physical vitality!
