Yoga was traditionally taught as a progressive practice — not a collection of random classes.
This April we’re introducing a new approach at Tranquil Tree.
Several of our weekly classes will unfold as a 4-week practice series, where each week builds upon the last.
The intention is simple: to allow students to deepen their understanding of the practice through repetition, refinement, and intelligent progression.
Students are welcome to attend individual classes, though those who follow the full series will experience the curriculum as it was designed.
Join us this April and explore what happens when practice becomes study.
