Congratulations to our CEO, Brian Zotti, on being recognized as one of the SD500 Most Influential People in San Diego 2025 by the San Diego Business Journal.

Brian’s leadership has helped strengthen our mission from the inside out, building a culture where employees feel supported, partners feel valued, and adults with disabilities have opportunities to thrive in meaningful, long-term roles. He leads by putting people first and creating a workplace where diversity and belonging are part of every decision.

His guidance has led to meaningful statewide partner growth with organizations such as , , , and . These outcomes reflect the stability and purpose he fosters across our organization. As Brian often says, “It takes a village to truly thrive, so make sure you're surrounded by good neighbors."

Options For All exists to create hope, inspire dreams and achieve success. We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward becoming fully participating members of their communities who can experience the pride of personal and professional accomplishment from pursuit of their goals.

We Value allowing participants to choose their path and we Believe it is our job to offer the support they need to fulfill their personal goals.
