⭐ Increased our employee Net Promoter Score from the low 30s to the high 50s
⭐ Reimagined and overhauled our New Team Member Orientation, creating a more engaging and mission-centered onboarding experience
⭐ Formed and now leads our Employee-Led Engagement Committee, amplifying staff voice and cross-department collaboration
⭐ Instituted our organization-wide Brag Board, embedding recognition and appreciation into our daily culture
⭐ Launched Wellness For All, a holistic initiative centered on professional, physical, mental, and financial wellness

We are proud to announce that Options for All has teamed up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Institute to provide an inclusive program model that adapts to different support needs, learning styles, and strengths.

We believe in creating opportunities for people to be seen for their capabilities and to contribute in ways that are valued and demonstrating what is possible when technology leaders and mission-driven providers co-design solutions at scale.

As our CEO, Brian Zotti, put it “Meaningful work changes everything. It builds confidence, community, and independence. Our collaboration with Amazon Web Services Cloud Institute is opening new pathways for adults with disabilities in California, and we are proud to help lead what is next.”

Every decision we make is for the people we serve.

Options For All exists to create hope, inspire dreams and achieve success. We serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities toward becoming fully participating members of their communities who can experience the pride of personal and professional accomplishment from pursuit of their goals.

We Value allowing participants to choose their path and we Believe it is our job to offer the support they need to fulfill their personal goals.
