💫Tools of the Trade💫
While my hands👐(and elbows 💪) are my preferred tools to use during massage sessions, sometimes we need more! My intention with each session is to give you the best bodywork possible. These tools help me achieve your desired outcome while also being effective at restoring your body to its optimal state.

I use cupping and Gua Sha for circulation and releasing adhesions in muscles and fascia, hot stones to help your muscles release and melt like butter, aromatherapy to enhance your mood and help you relax into the session, and CBD for targeted pain relief.

I'll be including one or more of these into each session for all my clients. 💖
