I just want to give big huge shout out to my friends for being such great hosts and accompanying me to so many wondrous places. So far I have been to Bermuda, Belize, Banff, Alaska, and Costa Rica and every trip has been memorable. I always come home feeling refreshed and with a renewed sense of adventure. So if you are thinking of taking a retreat, you should join us next time. We make the most amazing memories together.

My b***y is en fuego 🍑🔥 I started doing split trait a few weeks ago and for some reason willfully did a zillion weighted squats and lunges yesterday. I feel some restorative yoga coming my way today. Has anyone seen my bottle of ibuprofen?
