Swimming isn’t just a life saving skill, it opens up a whole new world of play and fun in the water!! Watching all of my students progress is so rewarding! He went from barely wanting to put his face in the water to letting me push him down to the bottom of the pool to grab a toy!
So many skills are actually learned through play:
🐟When he goes under to grab a toy and pops back up, he’s practicing holding his breath and starting to learn how to come up for air on his own
🦀Finding my hand for a high-five teaches him when to come up for air
🐙Jumping in and finding the wall without me right next to him builds so confidence in the water

He is going to have such a fun summer in the pool!

4 year old Talia learning how to swim safely in the deep end. Swim lessons are not only a life saving necessity (especially if you have a pool on your backyard) but also a fun way for kids to learn a new sport and stay active!

(PS she was afraid to put her face in the water when we first started lessons)
