Present Moment Living Zhineng Qigong I believe in Present Moment Living. I teach this way of Being through the practice of Qigong, mainly through the Zhineng Qigong system.

Guided imagery, breathing exercises, gentle movement, and mindful awareness of self are the focus of each class. Theories and concepts of Oriental Medicine are also discussed to enhance our journey of mindful living.

Friendly reminder that the single most expensive question in the world to ever ask yoursef is:

"What if it doesn't work out?"

That single question can bankrupt any dream, any day—twice on Sundays.

By contrast, the single most valuable question in the world becomes:

"What if it DOES?"

Have the courage to ask that last question as often as necessary.

Life sometimes protects us in the most inconvenient of ways🤍

This teaches that when life redirects you, through endings, shifts, or unexpected changes, there is wisdom woven into the turn itself. It suggests that these shifts aren’t meant to break you but to guide you toward a truer alignment and a stronger version of yourself. Its significance lies in reframing loss or disruption as part of a larger, intelligent unfolding that clears space for what your spirit is ready to grow into.
