Eating a plant-based diet full of whole foods from the earth is a huge part of my philosophy. We need to nourish our bodies from the inside-out to get the results we want. My love for nutrition and thirst for knowledge led me to enroll at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and soon I will be a fully certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach! If you catch yourself obsessing over any of these, it’s time to talk…

⚖️ What the scale said this morning
Your weight fluctuates everyday depending on your hormones, sleep, stress, salt intake, & bowel movements. It has nothing to do with your value as a human, it’s just data. So let’s treat it as such, okay?

⌚️ How many calories your watch says you burned in a workout
That number is based off heart rate and doesn’t give you the full picture. Sure it’s cool to see but lifting heavy with intention will do way more for fat loss than running for the same amount of time no matter what your watch says.

👖 Fitting into your high school jeans
Girl… you are a grown ass woman. It’s time to buy some new jeans and stop trying to squeeze into a smaller version of you.

🥗 What diet or fitness plan your favorite influencer is promoting
Your needs, goals, current fitness status, & stress levels are different than hers. It might work for her but that doesn’t automatically mean it will work for you.

⏰ How fast you can lose weight
Your body isn’t Amazon Prime. Real change takes time, structure, and patience. The faster it comes off, the faster it’s going to come back on. It’s worth it to do it the right way and actually keep your results.

So what does actually matter?
* Tracking macros (at least for a short amount of time) so you can understand what correct portion sizes look like for you
* Following a structured strength training plan instead of doing random workouts
* Getting 7-8 hrs of sleep and finding ways to manage your stress… aka self-care 💁🏼‍♀️
* Fueling your body regularly instead of restricting all day and then craving everything at night
* Daily walks + movement outside the gym
* Managing your mindset and how you talk to yourself
* Having a plan that you can actually stick to

Let’s end the dieting spiral and get you on a system that’s actually built for YOU.

After 3 rounds of the SkinPen at , I can confidently say that this sh*t works 🙌🏼

By creating little punctures in your skin it stimulates collagen and elastin production which helps to fade scarring + pigmentation, reduce fine lines + wrinkles, boost skin elasticity + firmness, and shrink enlarged pores.

They numb you before hand so there is no pain during the treatments and pretty much no downtime after besides a little bit of redness day of so you don’t have to hide out for couple days after like a lot of skin treatments — just make sure to slather on your spf and keep your face out of the sun as it heals!

I’ve honestly been shocked by how many people have commented on my skin recently and asked what I’ve been doing so I just had to share. It takes a little time to see results but it has been so worth it.

Back like we never left…

If you didn’t know, community events are my s**t.

Back in 2017 I started San Diego largest fitness community for women — .

What began as beach bootcamps, park workouts, and studio workouts together quickly grew to large scale 200 person half day fitness events with a wellness happy hour after.

It was honestly the highlight of my life. I had so much fun and loved being a part of something bigger than me.

When COVID hit and we could no longer do events or much of anything I got really depressed and basically put BWS to bed. I couldn’t hold space for myself let alone anyone else.

Over the last few years, I’ve been craving that sense of community and wanted get back into but this time do it differently. I just didn’t know how quite yet.

Until I got connected with at one of the sunset sessions he was putting on. I asked him if he would ever do a fitness x DJ event and right there was born.

I’m so excited to bring fun and real connection back into events in San Diego. This time our community is open to anyone and everyone and just as much about the music as it is about the workouts.

If you ever attended a BWS in the past, thank you for being a part of my dream. I hope you’ll continue to be a part of this one!

And if you’re new here, you’ll have to just come see what it’s all about for yourself. Our first even is Nov 2nd from 10am-12pm at in pacific beach.

The perfect leg day formula:

HIP THRUST
SQUAT
HINGE
UNILATERAL (aka single leg)
KICKBACK

(not mentioned but I always warm up with abductions to failure 😏)

You can pick any variation of these movement patterns. Just make sure you’re hitting one of each every leg day and I promise that peach will be looking perkier in no time!

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I help my clients look and feel better by eating well, sweating regularly, and building healthy habits into their everyday lives. Nourishing our bodies from the inside-out is a huge part of my philosophy. I believe that every day movement is a must -- even if its just a walk with the dog or a little yoga in your living room. I teach my clients how to create a life that will get them to their specific goals, not just how to eat and workout (although those are important too!).
