Eating a plant-based diet full of whole foods from the earth is a huge part of my philosophy. We need to nourish our bodies from the inside-out to get the results we want. My love for nutrition and thirst for knowledge led me to enroll at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and soon I will be a fully certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach! As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I help my clients look and feel better by eating well, sweating regularly, and building healthy habits into their everyday lives. Nourishing our bodies from the inside-out is a huge part of my philosophy. I believe that every day movement is a must -- even if its just a walk with the dog or a little yoga in your living room. I teach my clients how to create a life that will get them to their specific goals, not just how to eat and workout (although those are important too!).
