I am an eating disorder recovery coach and nutritionist who specializes in coaching individuals recovering from eating disorders, disordered eating, and the negative effects of chronic dieting. I help my clients connect to their internal wisdom and strength in order to develop a way of eating and moving that supports their mental, emotional and physical well-being.
I understand why people feel stuck and repeat the same self-sabotaging behaviors, over and over again. I combine current evidence, practitioner wisdom, individual needs, and compassion to support my clients in moving past unhealthy behaviors. I practice a weight neutral, body positive approach that focuses on behaviors, not weight, numbers or restriction, as the key to long term health.
