+We are the largest provider of before and after school care in the San Diego Unified School District (48 schools). We also provide on site before and after licensed care on an additional 17 sites, including infant and toddler care.
+We provide juvenile diversion services in Mira Mesa, East County and Southeast San Diego.
+We provide parent, child and family counseling in Mira Mesa and the East County.
+We provide Parent Partner services in collaboration with the Southeast County Mental Health clinic.

Last week, we had the pleasure of kicking off Kindness Week internally — and now we’re celebrating alongside the nationwide movement! 💛

A big thank you to our HR Director, Teresa, for leading by example. She surprised our Administrative Team with snacks during today’s meeting. A simple gesture that meant so much. 🍪

At Harmonium, Inc., we celebrate the richness of cultures and traditions around the world. Lunar New Year is a time of renewal, gratitude, and hope. Family gatherings, good fortune, and new beginnings commence during the lunar calendar. 📅

Our students have embraced every opportunity to spread joy — through thoughtful notes, small acts of service, and genuine smiles that brighten the hallways. What’s been most powerful is the feeling behind it all: a community choosing compassion, connection, and care. 💙

Kindness Week at Harmonium, Inc. is off to a beautiful start! 😄

Our Angier site recently hosted a heartfelt Affirmation Workshop with our families, and the energy in the room was truly inspiring. Parents learned how powerful affirmations and intentional words can be, and how these small moments of positivity can create big, lasting impacts at home. 💙

The best part? Our amazing staff joined in too, reinforcing that kindness, encouragement, and positive intention are values we live every day. Together, we’re building a community rooted in connection, compassion, and growth. 💫

Our Behavioral Support Services (BSS) Team sparked a great idea—partnering with our PrimeTime and Klassic Kids programs to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Week through fun, meaningful activities that spread kindness across our organization and beyond 🌟

In a world that can feel overwhelming, small acts of kindness make a big impact. They build connection, inspire hope, and create a true sense of belonging—for our team and for the children, youth, families, and communities we serve 💫

At Harmonium, kindness starts within and radiates outward 💙
