So why do you feel worse?
Here’s what nobody explains 👇

If testosterone gets too high, your body can start converting it into… estrogen. Yep.

Push testosterone too high and SHBG rises too. That rise can drive more aromatization, meaning more estrogen, not less.

Then the chaos…

Testosterone goes up
SHBG rises
More estrogen gets created
Your liver gets overwhelmed. Your body says, “Ma’am… please stop.”

And the common advice?
“Block aromatization.””Add an aromatase inhibitor.”

But Dr. Murray says the real issue is often simple: the dose is too high.

Every woman processes estrogen through three pathways.
Which one dominates for YOU matters more than you think.

Only one pathway is considered protective long term.

Here’s the breakdown

Pathway #1: THE PROTECTIVE PATH
Gene: CYP1A1
Creates: 2-hydroxy estrone
This is the “just right” pathway.
Generally associated with safer estrogen metabolism.

Pathway #2: THE QUESTIONABLE PATH
Gene: CYP3A4
Creates: 16-alpha-hydroxy estrone
Mixed research on safety.
Some concern around increased cell proliferation.

Pathway #3: THE PROBLEMATIC PATH
Gene: CYP1B1
Creates: 4-hydroxy estrone
Can damage DNA over time.
Associated with cellular stress and dysfunction.

Here’s what surprised me most:
Every woman uses ALL THREE pathways.
You cannot shut any of them off completely.

The real question is which one dominates for YOU.

Yes, genetics play a role.
But diet, stress, inflammation, and toxin exposure strongly influence which pathway gets activated.

This is exactly why generic hormone advice fails so many women.

Being on the cover of women’s world was epic.

Play with your 8 year old daughter. Spend so much more time with her. Enjoy every single moment. Put work away. It’s not as important. Be fully present with her. She will be 18 before you know it

Friends will come and go but the best ones will last a life time. You have not even met your best girlfriend!

Invest your money in the stock market. Most of it. Stop spending it on consultants and marketing people that promise the world. They lie lol

Those implants? They don’t define you. And that rupture is slowly poisoning you. You’ll be removing them

Your physical strength is cool… but there will be MANY injuries you will need to recover from and rebuild from. Get your mind and health right NOW.

Swallowing a handful of vitamins all at once with breakfast?

You Might Be Absorbing Only 10-15% Here's the Science Behind Why

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SWALLOW A VITAMIN? Step 1: Enters your stomach, encounters stomach acid (which can immediately break it down).

Step 2: Moves to your liver for "first pass metabolism."

Step 3: Goes to your gut for absorption. Sounds simple enough, right? Here's where the entire process can fall apart for most midlife women...

Your liver's primary job is keeping you ALIVE… not absorbing vitamins.

When your liver is overwhelmed processing stress hormones, environmental toxins, processed food chemicals, heavy metals, EMF radiation, stored trauma, mold, and parasites - it literally CANNOT prioritize vitamin absorption!

Statins are the #1 most prescribed drug class ever. For people with no prior heart attack or stroke, large datasets show the average life extension is often measured in days, not years. Not decades. Not even years. Days.

That is not what most people think they are signing up for.

According to cardiologist Jack Wolfson, the biggest danger is not just side effects. It is false reassurance.

If people believe a pill makes them safe, they often stop addressing what is actually driving disease.
