✨Welcome Dr. Sophie to North Park Chiropractic! ✨

Dr. Sophie’s specializes in helping patients manage chronic pain, stress, and discomfort—empowering them to move freely and feel their best. Her passion for holistic health began with her own journey overcoming autoimmune challenges as a child.

She has a background as a former college athlete, she also incorporates rehab exercises, stretching, and nutrition guidance to support long-term health.

Dr. Sophie works with patients of all ages, including perinatal care and chronic pain management.

She’ll start seeing patients on March 5th and will be available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Dr. Amanda’s sister and business partner, Dr. Brook, played an essential role as her doula during her home birth.
Throughout the labor, Dr. Brook provided both physical and emotional support—adjusting her, assisting with stretches to ease discomfort, and offering constant affirmation to keep her focused and empowered. She also made sure Amanda stayed nourished, ensuring she had the energy to continue through the intensity of labor.
Dr. Amanda remains forever grateful for her sister’s care, love, and unwavering presence during such a transformative experience.

Dr. Amanda hopes you’re all doing well and continuing your care in her absence. She’ll be back soon, but for now, she’s soaking up newborn bliss with her family.
