Really proud of my team. These ladies are absolute superstars. We completed a full office software transition while the practice was closed yesterday, and today everyone stepped in with flexibility, focus, and positivity to keep things running smoothly.

Great start to the weekend at ALSC’s Breathe and Thrive 2026. Always wonderful connecting with old friends, meeting new colleagues, and learning nonstop. I truly love presenting and helping educate what I’m so passionate about. Excited to see what the next two days will bring.

Also, baby Tristan’s first conference of 2026! He’ll be a tongue tie and pediatric airway specialist before he knows it 😂

Grateful for another visit with with and an update on our MARPE journeys. I’ve still got a ways to go but the experience has been very educational for me. He is truly exceptional and I feel so fortunate to be under his care. Experiencing this process myself has been incredibly valuable as we begin offering these same airway focused MARPE services to our own patients. So appreciative for thoughtful mentorship, advanced care, and the chance to grow both personally and professionally. Here’s to breathing better!

We recently brought our newest doctors together for a full team calibration meeting focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional, thoughtful, and consistent care for every child and family who walks through our doors.

From treatment planning to airway focused dentistry to referral pathways and long term care goals, our team spent time aligning, collaborating, and sharpening protocols so that every patient experience reflects the highest standard of pediatric dental care.

This past weekend we celebrated our annual Little Star Christmas party and it was such a joy to be together outside the office. Our team pours their heart into every child and every family we serve and moments like these remind us how lucky we are to work alongside such dedicated people.

We shared good food, lots of laughs, and a chance to relax and connect. Every member of our team brings something special to Little Star and our growth is only possible because of their hard work, compassion, and commitment to exceptional care.

I am so excited to be speaking at the 2026 Breathe and Thrive Symposium again this February. It is an honor to join so many passionate providers who are dedicated to helping children breathe, feed, sleep, and thrive.

I will be presenting on Oral Restrictions in Pediatric Patients: Functional Impact and Clinical Implications. This topic is so important in pediatric dentistry and airway health, especially as we continue to better understand how restrictions influence feeding, growth, development, and long term wellness.

I cannot wait to connect with colleagues, share what we see every day at Little Star, and learn from the incredible lineup of experts who will be there.
