Our objective is to walk you through making sense of your health and wellness, while teaching you a set of skills to use the rest of your life. We get to the root of the problem and create a step-by-step plan for lasting lifestyle changes with our Five-Pronged Approach: hydration, nutrition, fitness, stress management, and sleep. Health and Fitness Programs provide a unique combination of advantages both on location and at home. Long term solutions are suggested through education on nutrition, fitness, preventative health, proper portion sizes, whole food recipes, and great tasting healthy alternatives to most favorite foods. Our Food Inspired Transformation (FIT) Meal Plans will introduce you to delicious foods that can accelerate your goals, instead of simply counting calories or eating things that don't taste good. Agoge Solutions is run by NASM Certified Personal Trainer Natalie Boles. She has been in the Health & Fitness Industry for most of her life, helping people reach their goal weight as a fitness trainer and nutrition consultant for over 30 years. All our trainers are equipped with extensive knowledge in nutrition, personal training, health coaching, and preventive health care. Drawing on these skills and knowledge of different dietary theories, we will help you create a personalized “road map to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
