Dear Mom,
You are a friend, a mother, an adventure buddy, teacher, supporter, and above all someone I can trust to share anything and everything that is in my heart and on my mind.

Your appetite for life is contagious and lust for adventure is a gift you’ve passed along to me.

I look forward to the next year ahead and new chapter of your life.

Simple words can make the biggest impact in our world.

Hindsight 20/20 I would have used these simple words more often.

“I’m sorry” is taught to us as a child. It is positivity reinforced as a way to repair a wrong. Then as we grow up you seem to use it less and less. It becomes tougher to say it, it is given more of a meaning than the simplicity of taken whole hearted responsibility.

“Please forgive me”
Forgiveness has become a new pathway to more peace in my own life. This one is a game changer because when we ask to be seen, supported, and forgiven.

“Thank you”
Another one we are often taught to use all the time as a child. Love and respect.

“I love you”
To say “I love you” to another person is powerful and feels amazing. To say “I love you” to yourself is the probably the most important 3 words we can use in this lifetime.

Moving forward I am committed to practice these simple words in my relationships, in my business, and in my mind, body, and soul.

In my experience Environment is a powerful catalyst for growth, harmony, and connection.

I choose to live where I feel most alive, aligned, and abundant.

Being by the ocean is a major part of that choice.

We all have different needs and desires and it’s so important we listen to those intuitive messages to guide us and surround ourselves with the right people, the right opportunities, and the right place for ourselves to expand.

Home is where the heart is! ❤️🔥💯

I have been on many different roads in this lifetime and feels as though I have lived many different lives.

I am not alone as you probably feel the same and that’s ok. It’s all part of the divine path of our lives.

Although our path maybe very different it is “the way” for our highest level of contribution in this lifetime.

As I continue to listen to the innermost intelligence that lies within me the divine path becomes more clear, more whole, more aligned, more masculine, more feminine, and more connected to all.

Connected to all of me and all of you.

May our divine paths be supported by those that love us no matter who or where they are in this world and in this lifetime.

We are all connected and all one. 🌎❤️🔥
