Pregnancy can change volume, shape, and symmetry and sometimes all three.

This 36-year-old patient wanted larger, fuller breasts after having 2 children and was also concerned about noticeable asymmetry. A breast augmentation with mastopexy was performed to restore volume, lift the breast tissue, and create better balance. A 450cc silicone implant was placed on the left side to address asymmetry and achieve a more even, proportional result.

At 1 year post-op, her outcome reflects a thoughtful, customized approach—fuller, lifted, and aligned with her natural frame.
