DON’T SKIP LEG DAY!
Engaging in regular leg exercises, such as squats and lunges, can contribute to improved blood circulation, which in turn supports brain health by delivering oxygen and nutrients to the brain. Additionally, physical activity has been linked to the release of chemicals that promote brain function and reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
