I’m coming fresh off a record-setting horrible migraine that kicked my ass for two days, with vomiting and all the perks.
I’ve dealt with migraines for years and adapted a few simple, helpful coping techniques I want to share with anyone who could use them.
(With the understanding that IF YOU THINK NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION, SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY!)
Also, this isn’t an ad for Magic Pain Balm. I include it because I created it specifically to helps deal with my headaches and I absolutely rely upon it when my head is going to explode. I’d strongly suggest it to a friend, no BS.
But even if you don’t use MPB, the rest of these easy, powerful tips are helpful and have worked for me.
