My lineage (Tian-Zeng) recommends a few days of detox with blood moving herbs to flush out the intestines and detox stagnant blood. Doing this on a yearly basis ensures proper blood flow and improved health and energy In other seasons. This is the way to “cleanse” - by making sure that the body’s organ systems are functioning appropriately.

Psoriasis isn’t “just a skin condition.” 👉 In Western medicine, it’s an immune system disorder where skin cells turn over too quickly.
👉 In Chinese medicine, it’s a reflection of deeper imbalances—like heat in the blood, dampness, or dryness—that rise to the surface.
✨ That’s why treatments like acupuncture and customized herbal medicine can help. Instead of only soothing the surface, they work to calm inflammation, restore balance, and support your whole body.

✨Reclaim Your Life from Chronic Pain! -
In Chinese medicine, stagnation is often the root of pain, discomfort, and disease. When something in the body isn’t moving as it should—whether it’s blood, qi, fluids, or emotions—that lack of flow creates heat. And when heat builds up, it often shows up as what we recognize in Western term...
In Chinese medicine, your Liver is the star of spring — it wants to flow freely, circulate your blood, clear out winter heaviness, and prepare you for the active season ahead.
If you’re feeling stuck (bloating, mood swings, sluggish digestion), your Liver is probably waving a white flag.
That’s why I’m offering a Spring Liver Reset to help your body shift gracefully into spring.
In Chinese medicine, every season has a corresponding organ system that takes center stage. Spring belongs to the Liver, the great conductor of circulation, detoxification, and the smooth flow of energy through your body.
