Stunts-Ability Trained amputees for stunts and special effects for the film industry. This hands-on acting/stunt program helps build confidence, self-esteem and discipline.

Stunts-Ability is a 501© (3) non-profit organization that trains amputees and people with disabilities for stunts, acting, and effects in the film industry and refers potential candidates to some of the biggest Production companies in Hollywood, while reaching out to disabled, special education, and troubled youth. Over the years, Stunts-Ability actors have performed at over 150 schools, hospitals, and special events. Smith says "We are not only trying to help the disabled break into the film industry, but we really want to educate and inspire the public about persons with disabilities by speaking at events to build solid role models" In recent years, it has placed over 40 of its people in movie and television projects; such as Predator 2, Terminator 2, Artificial Intelli-gence, Baywatch, and Star Trek - First Contact. Stunts-Ability's newest program, Youth to Responsible Adults Program (Y.R.A.P.), works with students to show what they can do, not what they can't do. One of the unique things about this process is that these kids find role models who have been where they have been and understand what these kids are going through. We want these kids to shoot for the stars, so they don't turn to drugs, alcohol and violence.
