Excited to announce that Amelia and I are going through a re-branding and Better Body Business and her private yoga business will be ALL under A&E Wellness! We will be an all inclusive and well-rounded one stop shop for you fitness training and yoga whether it’s private, corporate, or for special events!

I was hesitant at first because we both worked hard at creating our individual businesses and didn’t want to lose that.
