Full body, 1 Kettlebell quick workout. Start light, and as you warm up & can get the motions to flow together, & go up in weight. I find tha my shoulders max out at at 26 # or 14kg, so today I added my weight vest to challenge my legs more. KettleFlex Fitness Movement details in the first comment.

 Meal prep salad for the week, “Greek” salad! Two large cucumbers, half of a sweet onion, large container of cherry tomatoes, two bunches of parsley, can of black beans can of garbanzo beans, jar of kalmata olives, 2 T of diced garlic, yellow, bell pepper, red bell pepper seasoned with Cavender’s all-purpose Greek seasoning, lemon juice and dill. Enjoy.!

Keeping those intervals interesting in the park trails today. 😄 Last week I started running again. 1:1 intervals, & stopped at 3.5 mi. That was 3x last week. This week will increase to 1:15 to 1:00 rest 3x. Slow and steady progress to avoid injury & mental defeat!

🤠 Stoplight bell peppers, can of black beans, garbanzo beans, and sweet corn, 1/2 chopped sweet onion, heaping tablespoon chopped garlic, container or more of cherry tomatoes, 1/3 cup lime juice, a squeeze of honey, salt, pepper, cumin. Scoop under your plate and top with grilled chicken or seasoned ground beef for your protein.
* I normally put in 1-2 bunches of cilantro, but mine went bad 😢 so there is dried from my spice rack.

I recently posted a video of a full body Kettlebell workout that flows from 1 movement to the next. Let’s break it down. Video #1 kettlebell swing into oblique. Start with a light weight and perform each 5 times on the Right, then switch to the left hand and repeat. When you feel like you’ve got it. Move up in weight. I’ll add the next step soon.
