This episode was recorded back in June, and it’s finally out in the world.
Honestly, it feels timely in a way I didn’t expect.

I’m really grateful to be a guest on Haunted Road Trips Show with Tracy St. Croi.
The episode is called “Mindful Medium Mandy on Scrubs, Spirits & Ghost Hunting,” and we talk about the overlap between nursing, mediumship, intuition, and the parts of ghost hunting that don’t get talked about enough.

Right now, the world feels heavy. There’s a lot of fear, a lot of noise, and a lot of historical distortion in paranormal spaces—especially when it comes to ghost hunting, spirituality, and whose stories get told (or erased). This conversation isn’t about sensationalizing the unseen. It’s about responsibility, discernment, and remembering that there are real human stories underneath all of it.

Mother’s Day can bring so many different emotions—some beautiful, and some really hard to carry.

If your heart feels heavy this weekend, I just want to say: you’re not alone.

You might be grieving a mother who’s no longer here.
You might be missing a child.
You might be navigating a complicated relationship, or mourning the version of motherhood that never came to be.

However it’s showing up for you—you don’t have to push through, or make yourself “perform” joy.
Grief is valid. Numbness is valid. Bittersweet is valid.

You’re allowed to care for your heart in whatever way feels right.
Rest. Cry. Log off. Remember. Forget. Light a candle. Stay quiet.

Whatever you need—it’s enough.
There’s no wrong way to feel today.
