I've discovered a mole on my arm that could be cancerous. Before I get into the Doctor, I'm going to treat it with a salve. I've combined turmeric powder, Aromavedic Blue Chamomile oil, and Stamets 7. I apply the salve and cover it with a bandaid. I'll keep you posted.

Let's talk about fear for a moment. It is the one thing we are all going through due to COVID and it seems to be causing interesting behaviors like over-purchasing toilet paper, canned goods and hand sanitizers. It also causes irrational behavior such as the "Karens" in the world who are currently flaunting their freedom by not wearing masks or calling the police on bird watchers because they "look threatening."
