5000lbs+ of produce that would have gone into a landfill. Now being used to create Bokashi. An ancient farming method that reduces the amount of water needed to grow anything, eliminates the need for pesticides or added nitrogen etc. creates more nutrient dense food.

At this time we may be forced to be separated from our loved ones, our routines, our jobs, and our sense of stability. Normal has been interrupted. With everything going on on the outside we are being forced to go inward, inside our homes and inside ourselves. We can transform this isolation period into a personal self-exploration journey. We might have to face a wide range of different sensations and emotions and it might feel like a roller coaster,You may feel vulnerable, overwhelmed, anxious, sad, scared, angry, isolated, hopeless…. However, It is important to know it is ok to have these feelings and YOU are NOT ALONE!
Now is a reminder that we need to prioritize our own self-care.
and I would like to share a series of simple breathing techniques, meditations, and self-care routines, starting with our 14-day 5-minute sprint journaling challenge.

Every day we will introduce a short breathing exercise or a meditation and will present you with a new topic to journal about, suggesting to tune into the depths of the mind and body during these uncertain periods. You can choose to post a picture of anything you are grateful for or that makes you smile with a word or sentence from your journaling. If you feel like you need more support please reach out and DM either of us for 1:1 coaching sessions, or if we are not a good fit we can help you find someone qualified to help.
