United Heart Center United Heart Center empowers youth through yoga, meditation, nutrition, the freedom to create, the power of consciousness, and the flow of energy.

One day I had a vision of a powerful school for our youth, a school that had a new approach in learning. The kids would not only learn academics but also the amazing tools such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, the freedom to create, the power of consciousness, and the flow of energy. With these tools, we provide a very enlightened way for our youth to start out their lives. My name is Rachael Lizzet and with knowing this as my purpose I she’ll take one step at a time. I’m starting an organization called United Heart Center . This organization is going to be the stepping stone to my vision. I know the time is now, so let’s make a difference and give kids the chance to shine and grow into independent and enlightened adults. If you’re ready to make a difference in the world, then please join me. It will be an amazing experience and a journey that you will not want to miss. I’m asking for your determination, your belief in this project, and to help me make it happen. Anyway you can help it will be very much appreciated.

Sacred space is imperative for humans of all ages, and spending time alone is becoming less and less common in this populated, over-stimulated world. Allow your child an opportunity to create their ideal "quiet place" to give them a space to reflect and relax. Who doesn't love a great fort!

Family Sacred Circle Gathering!!!
Bring your kids, grandchildren, cousins, friends kids, nieces & nephews to our fun gathering full of yoga, mediation, crafts, music and service.

* September 21st at 1:30 - 3:30 pm at Shuniya Yoga Studio 1901 4th Avenue.
*Please bring something you have created to share with the group -- a song, artwork, a poem. Please have the children bring something as well. The children can share anything they wish.
*Bring a yoga mat, or blanket or pillow, your own simple snack, and some water.

Looking forward to sharing special, sacred time with you and your young ones.

Yesterday was our first Family Time at Home Project. For our first time I think it went great. I can see this is going to be a great stepping stone for us. Here's what we did:
-Kids had outside play time.
-We had dinner.
Then we all went for a nice evening walk.
-When we got back we had family discussion. (Subject was man in the mirror)
-Then we all worked on our own dream board.
I can see some positive growth ahead. :)

I'm so excited to start our new family time at home project.
What dose that mean?
-Bring in tools to help our family grow into a loving and spiritual family dynamic.
