Recovery is not quitting. It’s preparation. The nervous system needs rhythm — not constant pressure. After 40, intensity without recovery often creates more irritation than progress.

Strong people respect recovery.

Inhale through your nose for four seconds. Exhale for six seconds. Repeat five times.
