Systemic or Family Constellation Work operate to reveal deep and healing resolution through an intimate experiential process and may be done in a private consultation, Telephone Constellation or most often in a group workshop setting. In addition to Bert Hellinger's "Orders of Love", we are working with the morphogenic, or “knowing field”. This field, as identified by biophysicist Rupert Sheldrake, as the place which holds the record or information pattern of our entire family system, is similar to the way in which we inherit the DNA structure from our forebears. This energetic informational field "knows" the deep down realities of the family system and contains not only the deep-seated wounds, but the mode of healing, as well. The Longing for Belonging
To be seen, acknowledged, and belong is our greatest longing. This deep longing for belonging guides our life. As part of the family, everyone has the right to belong. Even though we live in such individualistic times, the soul still honors the realities of the tribe. We like to believe that we can choose whom and what to acknowledge, and what not. It is possible, but the price will have to be paid, usually by later generations. The family soul does not rest until every member and event is fully included again. When there has been a trauma or someone in the family system has been excluded, forgotten, cast out, or suffered a difficult fate, someone of the following generations unconsciously and invariably will step in and bring the lost member's destiny back through living it out in this lifetime effecting us in ways in which we have no understanding. It happens out of a deep but hidden loyalty out of the secret law that will not allow anyone of a family system being denied the right to belong. It is a love so deep that the family member may unconsciously choose to die, rather than "betray" the family bond. Setting up a Constellation "Blind"
As a working participant in a Systemic Constellation the client would have an issue of heart seeking of resolution. A brief interview with the facilitator regarding events, and facts of the family allows the facilitator a level of discernment to determine the roles to be represented. Because Systemic or Family Constellations operate outside of time and space, it is possible to connect into the knowing field, and facilitate deep movement and solution to life’s most difficult issues through a Telephone Constellation. Similar to a private session, I will begin the two hour session with a centering meditation followed by an interview. Using inner imagery we then move into the Constellation Circle itself. I will be tapping into the energies of those that are needed to be represented, in relation to the presenting issue. I "stand in" with each person represented, and report to you the feelings, movements, and words of the movement, and an emerging truth step by step. Then we move into the solution phase of the Constellation, where very specific words and images of a lasting healing solution are offered to you and those in the Constellation.
