I used to get sick a lot when traveling. Now I’ve got a wellness routine down that keeps me 💯% healthy (check out my stories for pics).
Here’s the regimen:
* Daily Mushroom blend
* Apple cider vinegar gargle on the morning of the flight
* 2 Cold Snap pulls every 3 hours while on the plane

Thursday’s: Feel Alive and Thrive!

Fertility struggles suck the shine out of most days. We forget to do anything besides ruminate over ovulation calendars and doctor visits. But part of nurturing your body for pregnancy is to feed it things that delight the soul.
✨
I’m dedicating Thursdays to activities that make you feel alive: painting by a window, having lunch with a view, taking the dog on a run in the park.
✨
What makes me thrive? I love buying new plants (see intsta story) Note that I said buy plants, not garden...I have a notoriously brown thumb 😬...So every couple of weeks I stroll around a nursery and pick a new little green guy to add to my collection. It feeds my soul.
✨
