I will say that I don’t understand the keto diet of high saturated fat like heavily using beef tallow, cheese in huge amounts, lots of meats, etc. That is definitely not good for the heart.

The problem lies in the amount of ultra processed food we eat that uses seed oils. So increase more whole foods using omega-3. Adding is always easier than subtracting. 😍

12 years later after having a 4 month embryo in my belly to now a kid outside of my belly. 😝 It’s been a wild ride. Swimming with these manta rays at night was so damn cool and gliding in the canopy made me feel so alive. It is a privilege to age. I have definitely been in a bit of a funk. Have you felt that way recently?

How do YOU fix it? I try to focus on what I can do and take responsibility. This blessing bag party that I started three years ago has been a big hit. It helps me so much to connect with friends and neighbors while doing something meaningful.

And the kids were so efficient putting these bags together for the homeless. So proud of my kiddo and her group of amazing friends. She chooses them well.
