After 16+ years of helping individuals improve their health through behavior and mindset change, I noticed that everything becomes more complex when kids are involved—I experienced it myself. Taking care of my own health felt easy, but feeding a family was a completely different challenge.

Where do you land on seed oils? 👇

I will say that I don’t understand the keto diet of high saturated fat like heavily using beef tallow, cheese in huge amounts, lots of meats, etc. That is definitely not good for the heart.

The problem lies in the amount of ultra processed food we eat that uses seed oils. So increase more whole foods using omega-3. Adding is always easier than subtracting. 😍

12 years later after having a 4 month embryo in my belly to now a kid outside of my belly. 😝 It’s been a wild ride. Swimming with these manta rays at night was so damn cool and gliding in the canopy made me feel so alive. It is a privilege to age. Take care of that body so that you can do all the things you want to do. What’s your mindset for living well?
