I have definitely been in a bit of a funk. Have you felt that way recently?

How do YOU fix it? I try to focus on what I can do and take responsibility. This blessing bag party that I started three years ago has been a big hit. It helps me so much to connect with friends and neighbors while doing something meaningful.

And the kids were so efficient putting these bags together for the homeless. So proud of my kiddo and her group of amazing friends. She chooses them well.

Have you ever been on vacation and just felt heavy afterwards? We’re normally super active on vacation and eat really well, but this one was unusual due to circumstances and weather. I do not feel like ever eating out again for a while.

So excited to reset and go home to activities and I packed this super easy salad for our hike. Sometimes we think food prep is hard but it really isn’t if we gradually change our mindset around it. It’s so worth it! Just like anything… Change simply takes time so go easy on yourself. I know that you don’t ever have to do this alone. I’m here to support you!
