Using the Dragonfly by here helps to rehearse and reinforce these proper swing patterns. πŸ‘ This is a reminder that each student might require a different cue or instruction . The Dragonfly is definitely known for speed training, but it is used here to enhance the resistance and thus the " feel" of appropriate sequencing!!!

Here is a single exercise that helps correct forward head posture, opens the shoulder girdle, and opens the hip flexors all at the same time. If you have more of an extreme Forward head carriage, you might need a pillow behind your head as you are performing this exercise against the wall. Try it today πŸ‘

Instances like this happen often here at the clinic, and it's great when I am able to film and share these epiphanies with my patients. Here I'm performing a myofascial release technique developed over the years on this baseball player's right shoulder. By putting the right pressure on his scalenes and leading him through a half-cocked throwing motion, he exclaimed it completely relieved the tension he was feeling in his shoulder.
