☀️ Happy to be back in San Diego after a heartwarming trip home to Seattle. It was just the recharge that I needed and I miss my Seattle friends already!
🔥 Being back in the studio rekindled my love for Traditional Hot Yoga aka The 26&2 aka The Bikram Series. Its gone by many names but the postures are the same and let me tell you, it’s a doozy!
✨This was my gateway drug into yoga and it truly changed my entire life. It sent me down a rabbit hole that I am grateful to have fallen in! I intend to go deeper.
💪 I’m looking forward to sharing this series with my San Diego community. It’s an intense practice but the discipline and strength I found in myself through it was pure magic. I’d go so far as to say that it saved my life. I’ll be leading a workshop on the 90 minute 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises on February 15th at 1:30p
