Health comes in many forms: healthy body, a healthy mind, healthy relationships… Some people face physical health issues, but work on keeping a positive mind. This helps immensely. Though everyone faces challenges, (physical, mental, emotional) when we intentionally do the best we can, and course-correct along the way, we optimize whatever situation we are in.

Most anyone can take a daily walk, get some Vitamin D outdoors, eat a little more healthily, and get enough sleep. When negative thinking comes up, challenge it - you are not your thoughts.

We all have heard these things, but give yourself a boost by putting them into practice. What would help you the most? Even one small tweak can improve your health in more ways than you know.

An anxiety disorder is more intense, consistent, and severe. It also interferes with your daily function.
