NEW MOON IN CANCER ♋️: MAINTAINING COMPASSION

The NEW MOON occurs on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022, at 10:52 PM EDT (4:52 pm SAST) in the Cardinal Water sign, Cancer.

The New Moon in Cancer is a good time to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Crab. These include honouring our deepest, most irrational and intimate, feelings; recognising the sense of security and safety we derive from whatever it is we call home; allowing ourselves to accept support and offering support to others; and starting a project aimed at improving our domestic lives or a major long-term venture.
With this potent Cancer energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives that will benefit us well beyond this Moon cycle.

It’s time to make some plans and set the stage for reaping the rewards from our new beginnings, as little or big as they may be, in approximately two weeks’ time after the Full Moon occurs.
We might concentrate on new ways to enhance family life and domestic affairs, and to build up our feelings of security and safety.
Because this New Moon is tightly square Jupiter, we should watch for overdoing, exaggeration, and misjudgment or false starts.

This phase of the Moon occurs at 7 degrees and 23 minutes of Cancer, affecting people with personal planets and points at approximately 3 to 11 degrees of the Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn) most significantly.

As we are dealing with our home life, it could be very helpful to connect with the light of Ascended Master Kuan Yin. She is the Mother of the East, just as Mother Mary is the Mother of the West. She is also known as the Goddess of Mercy with a 1000 arms and hands. Her eyes are pools of compassion. They emanate the light of the cosmos (a cosmos is larger that a Universe - just imagine!) This makes her a Cosmic Mother as her attainment and mastery is very high. She is a Magician and invoking her light can take you to another plane of existence, because her causal body and influence is so huge! If you are in need of a miracle, speak to Kuan Yin!

Trauma can sometimes create a feeling of disconnect from ourselves and our bodies but when practicing yoga, we start to reconnect to the present moment and to our bodies through the breath which helps us to not think about the past and what could happen in the future but keeps us right in the present moment.

U can heal and be happy at the same time …. Something I’m trying to remind myself of everyday and doing my best not to fight it😅. Allowing yourself to be happy or feel happiness after years of not is hard and I talked about that on this weeks in my classes in Oceanside location. Really hope it helped someone else too.
