I know many of you can relate to having your hair and nails grow annoyingly fast once you get on a basic Shaklee foundation.

I was just laughing because I got the worst haircut of my life last Friday — but honestly, I’m not even stressed…

Love how often you eat on this 5 Day Protein Reset and how MUCH protein as well! We need so much protein for our body to stay YOUNG and HEALTHY!

New Year's ALWAYS means:
** ate too much cheese, sweets, CALORIES!

I did this after Thanksgiving..... I had my " THAT'S IT" moment!
