Felt like I should share this for those that are on the fence about trying or learning Reiki. A lot of the benefits of Reiki are similar to acupuncture, massage, and sound healing. So if you tried Reiki and loved it, chances are that one of those three might also help with your issues. This coming Lunar New Year (starting 2/17) is the year of the Yang Fire Horse! This hasn’t happened since 1966 and we know how wild that year was. Incredible innovations but also tumultuous times that year. So be sure to stay hydrated, enjoy some cooling foods, especially during the summer, and if you’re a Horse, Ox, or Rat - the year might be a little tough - some say that carrying a Goat charm (the buddy of the Horse) can help ward off bad luck.
