The Holidays are coming up and so is holiday stress. Massage can be very helpful for stress around the holidays. Here’s how:

We treat shin splints caused by overuse or running on hard surfaces, poor footwear or form. They happen to runners, dancers, and in field sports.
You can prevent shin splints by gradually increase training intensity, wearing cushioned running shoes, stretching calves, strengthen shins and resting between runs.
