SD Herbs for Health

San Diego Herbs for Health is a group of volunteers dedicated to helping people learn about the benefits of plants and herbs as food and medicine. SDHFH is open to all who are interested in herbal medicine, plant-based diets, and the nature of health and healing through plants - Everyone is welcome, from master herbalists to novices. Our sister organization is Trees for Health, a five acre garden in Balboa Park dedicated to introducing people to healing plants as they grow.

We meet monthly to learn more about plant medicine, herbalism, and health. We host classes, lectures, workshops, and round-tables to discuss, learn and share.
