When I first started hormone blockers in my 30s, I thought every symptom I was feeling was simply because of low estrogen.

But what I didn’t understand at the time was that suppressing estrogen can create a cascade of effects in the body — impacting things like stress hormones, blood sugar, thyroid function, and inflammation.

Which is why so many women suddenly feel exhausted, anxious, foggy, or just “off” in their body.

I know how frustrating it can feel when you’re trying different things and nothing seems to move the needle.

But once you understand what’s actually happening underneath the surface, it becomes much easier to support your body in the right way.

Many women in their 30s and 40s who are put on hormone blockers like Tamoxifen, AIs, Zoladex, or Lupron are told the same thing:

“Your body will adjust.”
“The side effects will get better with time.”

And sometimes… they improve a little.

But what I see all the time with the survivors who come to me is this:

They’ve been on hormone blockers for 2, 3, or even 4 years and are still dealing with:

• constant hot flashes
• exhaustion and brain fog
• stubborn weight gain
• joint pain and stiffness
• anxiety that wasn’t there before

Not because they are eating terribly, not exercising, or not on the right supplement.
I know what it feels like to try so many things and still feel like nothing is working.
You don’t have to keep wasting years guessing.
But time alone doesn’t address what hormone blockers actually change in the body.

When estrogen is suppressed long-term, it affects things like:

• metabolism
• inflammation levels
• blood sugar regulation
• gut health
• estrogen detox pathways

And if those systems aren’t supported, symptoms often persist — or even get worse over time.

The good news is this:

Your body can feel better, even while on hormone blockers.

But it requires supporting the systems that hormone suppression disrupts.

That’s exactly what I help my clients do.

If you’re navigating early menopause in your 30s or 40s from hormone blockers, I created a guide to help you start.

When I finished treatment, I thought the hardest part was over.

But what I wasn’t prepared for was how hard it would feel to get my body back.

The joint aches.
The anxiety.
The brain fog. The fatigue.
And that strange feeling like my body didn’t belong to me anymore.

It felt like I had aged 10 years almost overnight.

And the constant thought of “What am I doing wrong?”

I was eating healthy.
Exercising.
Trying supplements.

But nothing seemed to move the needle.

What I eventually realized was this:

It wasn’t about trying more random things.

It was about addressing the root causes that hormone blockers often reveal — things like inflammation, blood sugar imbalances, hormone metabolism, gut health, and nervous system regulation.

Looking back, I wish I had a clear roadmap like this back then.
It would have taken me much less time to start feeling like myself again.

But that journey is what led me to develop this approach — and it’s the same framework that has helped my clients over the last 5 years.

Because when you understand what your body actually needs in this phase of life, everything starts to feel less overwhelming.

You stop guessing.
You stop chasing symptoms.

And you start building real, lasting change. 💛If you’re wondering whether this program would be the right fit for you,

This is something I see often in women who come to me.

After starting the hormone blockers, they find out that their lab numbers are changing quickly.

Fasting glucose creeping up.
A1C higher than before.
“Borderline” insulin resistance.

If you didn’t have blood sugar issues before starting hormone blockers, this can feel really confusing…

You didn’t suddenly start eating a bunch of sweets.
If anything, you probably tightened everything up.

And yet — your numbers shifted.
Because hormone blockers don’t just suppress estrogen.

They change how your body responds to insulin.
They affect fat storage patterns.
They shift stress hormone regulation.

And when that hormonal shift happens suddenly — not gradually over years like normal menopause — the symptoms often shows up harsh.

They can shows up as:
• Higher fasting glucose
• Rising A1C
• Insulin resistance
• Stubborn midsection weight gain

The good news?

This shift is often reversible with the right strategy.
With the right strategy, you can support:
• Blood sugar regulation
• Inflammation balance
• Muscle preservation
• Metabolic resilience

If you’re a survivor in your 30s or 40s navigating these change, I have a free guide for you.

If you’ve gained bunch of weight on Tamoxifen, Lupron, or AIs —
it’s not because you suddenly lost discipline. (Often it’s actually quite the opposite)

Hormone blockers:

• Slow metabolic output
• Increase inflammation
• Reduce muscle mass
• Disrupt blood sugar balance
• Shift how your body stores fat (especially midsection)

So if you’re:
– Eating “healthy”
– Working out
– Trying to cut carbs
– Doing all the right things

… and your belly still won’t budge?

It’s not a willpower problem.
It’s a physiology problem.

And generic fitness advice wasn’t built for this season of life.

That’s exactly why I created:

✨ The Fit & Strong Formula
A nutrition + fitness guide for women 35+
who want to lose stubborn belly fat,
boost energy,
and feel strong again —
even while navigating hormone shifts.

It’s FREE And it gives you a starting framework that actually makes sense for your body now.

What I didn’t realize back then was…
I didn’t truly understand what real health meant.

I’d had hormonal symptoms for years:
➡️ Chronic migraines
➡️ Heavy or irregular periods
➡️ Adult cystic acne
➡️ Bloating + PMS

But instead of addressing the root causes, I went on birth control and called it a day.
The symptoms disappeared — but the imbalances were still there.
That was just one of the signs my body was asking for help.

I also…
• Used toxic products (I thought “if it’s sold in stores, it must be safe”)
• Trusted food labels like “natural,” “gluten-free,” or “low-fat”
• Believed being skinny = being healthy

But the truth is:
I had estrogen dominance, nervous system dysregulation, blood sugar issues, and chronic inflammation for years… and I had no idea.

It wasn’t until I addressed the root causes that I finally started to feel better than I ever did “before cancer.”

Now — I help other survivors who feel stuck or fearful after treatment…
Shift into confidence, clarity, and deep trust in their body.
So they can live fully — not just as survivors, but thrivers.

And I want to share this too:
Yes, sometimes we can’t control every outcome.
But your diet, lifestyle, stress, emotional health, and environment — they do matter.
They can help reduce risk.
And they can help you feel more in control of your body again.

✨ Want to feel confident in your health and body again?
You’re in the right place.
