She has extensive experience working with both adults and children, using a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CPT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to promote lasting, meaningful healing.

Known for her outgoing and personable nature, Stephanie builds genuine connections that foster trust and growth. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Texas and her Master of Science in Counseling and Development in Clinical Mental Health from Texas Woman's University.

We are thrilled to have Stephanie representing the Thousand Branches Wellness brand in Oklahoma City, where we will be supporting adolescents and adults. We are also honored to support active-duty service members and their dependents at this location.
