Practicing yogis often find a classic yoga class, A class with fun and engaging asana, pranayama, meditation, hands-on adjustments that take you away and allows release, body and soul ushering in healing, joy, and bliss. today i found such a class taught by Toby Woods at Reach Yoga in PB Tuesdays at 10:30. Class begins with a dharma talk followed by delicious asana in a slightly heated room and as close as it gets to bliss during Yogi Sleep.
