We'd like to provide an update to our customers who are waiting patiently for their hearing aids and/or accessories they've ordered through our company.
As you're probably aware, there is a severe supply chain issue affecting the economy, and it continues to affect the hearing aid industry as well.
As it stands, most orders are shipping out within a week, but there are a few exceptions:
Starkey Livio & Evolv hearing aids: Depending on model ordered, these could be delayed several weeks. A number of accessories are also delayed.
Phonak custom (in-the-ear) hearing aids: Delayed up to 4-6 weeks, in some cases longer. Many accessories are on indefinite back-order as well.
Signia Silk (in-the-ear) hearing aids: Delayed up to 10-20 days.
There are delays on other products, but the situation is changing daily, and the above-mentioned delays are the the most consistent. affecting the majority of ZipHearing customers.
We apologize for these delays and appreciate your patience as we try and navigate this difficult situation.
If your order is affected by one of these delays and you are unable to wait, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss alternative and comparable products which are not experiencing a delay...though that list of products is getting smaller by the day!
