New Blog Post!

Ethics isn’t a checklist — it’s the infrastructure of our profession.

At NBHWC, the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct provides a shared framework that guides how NBC-HWCs practice with integrity, clarity, and accountability. It’s what helps coaches represent the credential accurately, honor scope and boundaries, protect client welfare, and build confidence across settings.

Professional coaching isn’t just what we do, it’s how we show up ethically, for clients, communities, and the field at large.
