Thankful in so many ways, for the start of this year and the incredibly memorable way it began. ♥️ #2026
Sara Sweet Sugaring & Esthetics traveled to Thailand and among the experiences I encountered, my favorite was this traditional Thai coconut scrub making class at the beautiful Four Seasons Resort in Koh Samui. We were welcomed within the Yoga Chalet, which felt like a magical place to meditate where true transformation & shorts of guidance spark.
From the delicious ingredients, our skin soaked it up & LOVED the after effect.

3 Cups Raw shaved coconut
1 Cup Coconut oil
3 Cups of uncooked fluffed rice

Energetic Shift + Manifesting + Love

This time of year is a powerful one that reminds us to live and be in our utmost creative flow, our power house, and embody our truest essence of who we are. 🙌🪷🤍

Two years ago on this meaningful day I sat with a special group of women, we held a circle and set intentions for the next 2-5 years. ✨

What I embody at this moment is just what I manifested all that time ago…
Oh Time.

I am feeling incredibly grateful for my present time and all of the experiences I have lived up to now.
There will continue to be growths and uplifting shifts within my wellness business. The time has truly come for me to expand and grow in multiple cities, in multiple counties. ❣️

As this new year 2025 is upon us,
new endeavors have rolled out for me. Likely as well for You as well! 🌬️🦋Expanding my talents to work part time in Orange County at the beautiful property of Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort.
I will be teaching yoga and various styles of fitness classes and facilitating transformational sound experiences.

New Skin/ Sugar/ Wellness studio hours posted & of course always feel free to reach out to me directly if you wish for a particular day/time for our appointments. 🙏🏻💕 I ALWAYS love hearing from you!
